Cancellation Policy
Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a 50% charge for returning clients. No call, no shows will result in a 100% charge for returning clients. Being late by over 15 minutes will result in a 15% additional charge. These do not apply to first time clients. Recurring cancellations, late arrivals, or no shows will result in a ban. A card on file is required in the event there is a cancellation or no show.
